Privacy Policy
Last updated: 2026-04-17
This Privacy Policy explains how Crypto Reward Radar collects, uses, and protects your information. We respect your privacy and are committed to data minimisation.
1. What We Collect
We do not require registration to use the site and we do not collect email addresses. Our hosting provider automatically logs your IP address and user-agent string for security and analytics purposes. We use a single cookie to store your language preference — it contains no personal identifiers and is not used for tracking.
2. Why We Collect It
IP address and user-agent logs are retained to prevent abuse and diagnose technical issues. The language preference cookie ensures the site loads in your selected language on repeat visits — it is used solely for localization.
3. Legal Basis (GDPR)
For EU/EEA users: IP address logging is processed under legitimate interests (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR) for abuse prevention and security. The language preference cookie is strictly necessary for site functionality and does not require consent under the ePrivacy Directive.
4. Third Parties
We use a third-party provider for hosting, CDN, and analytics. We do not use any advertising SDKs, tracking pixels, or third-party analytics scripts beyond the hosting provider's built-in analytics. We do not sell, share, or license your data to data brokers or advertisers.
5. Your Rights (GDPR / CCPA)
You have the right to access, correct, delete, or port any personal data we hold about you. For CCPA users: you have the right to know what data we hold and to opt out of any sale (we do not sell data). To exercise any of these rights, email contact@cryptorewardradar.com. We will respond within 30 days.
6. Data Retention
Server access logs are retained for 30 days then automatically deleted by our hosting provider. The language preference cookie expires after 365 days.
7. AI Training Crawlers
We block known AI training crawlers (CCBot, anthropic-ai, Bytespider, and others) via our robots.txt. If you represent an AI training company and believe we have made an error, contact us at the address below.
8. Changes
